Argilaga Conditions
L’Argilaga is a rural tourist accommodation, totally independent, with tourist registration number XXX in the name of Teresa Fernández Usac. It is rented, upon reservation, for 6 people (2 extra beds coming soon). Prices and payments: Prices shown include all taxes. A payment of 30% must be made at the time of booking. The rest of the amount can be paid:
- By credit card or bank transfer up to 3 days prior to arrival.
- Cash at check-in.
- In high season we ask for full payments 15 days in advance: (Easter, July, August, New Year’s Eve, Christmas, San Juan, La Castañada and long weekends).
- Reservations made in error and cancelled within 24 hours.
- Reservations for 4 pax, 15 days in advance.
- Reservations between 4 and 8 pax with 20 days in advance.
- Reservations cannot be modified or cancelled during high season: Easter, July, August, New Year’s Eve, Christmas, San Juan, La Castañada and long weekends.
- Check-in time is between 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm and check-out time is before 1:00 pm. In case you need a different schedule, please contact us.
- It is mandatory to respect the rules of coexistence.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the house.
- Bed linen and towels are included in the price.
- The towels in the house are for indoor use, not to be taken out of the house.
- Close the air conditioners when you leave. The system is programmed to close depending on various factors (temperature, air currents, time, etc.).
- Turn off unneeded lights.
- Make sensible use of water, it is a scarce commodity in the Priorat.
- Do not eat or leave open food in the rooms.
- Pets are not allowed in the house, with the exception of guide dogs, which are welcome.
- It is mandatory to separate garbage. What is not well separated must be taken away.
- Do not move furniture or beds from bedrooms or living rooms.
- We leave some oil, salt, dish soap, toilet paper or kitchen towels in the house, but they are complimentary. All consumables must be brought in.
- The deposit of 200 € is payable on arrival, it will be returned the day after your departure once the house has been inspected. If something breaks, let us know! A glass or a plate does not mean that we do not return the deposit, if there are several damages or losses we do make an appraisal.
