\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tL’Argilaga<\/b> is a rural tourist accommodation, totally independent, with tourist registration number XXX in the name of Teresa Fern\u00e1ndez Usac. It is rented, upon reservation, for 6 people (2 extra beds coming soon). Prices and payments: Prices shown include all taxes. A payment of 30% must be made at the time of booking. The rest of the amount can be paid:\n

  • By credit card or bank transfer up to 3 days prior to arrival.<\/li>\n \t
  • Cash at check-in.<\/li>\n \t
  • In high season we ask for full payments 15 days in advance: (Easter, July, August, New Year’s Eve, Christmas, San Juan, La Casta\u00f1ada and long weekends).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n <\/b>\n\nModification or Cancellation:<\/b>\n\nReservations can be modified or cancelled according to these criteria:\n

    • Reservations made in error and cancelled within 24 hours.<\/li>\n \t
    • Reservations for 4 pax, 15 days in advance.<\/li>\n \t
    • Reservations between 4 and 8 pax with 20 days in advance.<\/li>\n \t
    • Reservations cannot be modified or cancelled during high season: Easter, July, August, New Year’s Eve, Christmas, San Juan, La Casta\u00f1ada and long weekends.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n <\/b>\n\nConditions, Standards and best practices:<\/b>\n

      • Check-in time is between 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm and check-out time is before 1:00 pm. In case you need a different schedule, please contact us.<\/li>\n \t
      • It is mandatory to respect the rules of coexistence.<\/li>\n \t
      • Smoking is prohibited inside the house.<\/li>\n \t
      • Bed linen and towels are included in the price.<\/li>\n \t
      • The towels in the house are for indoor use, not to be taken out of the house.<\/li>\n \t
      • Close the air conditioners when you leave. The system is programmed to close depending on various factors (temperature, air currents, time, etc.).<\/li>\n \t
      • Turn off unneeded lights.<\/li>\n \t
      • Make sensible use of water, it is a scarce commodity in the Priorat.<\/li>\n \t
      • Do not eat or leave open food in the rooms.<\/li>\n \t
      • Pets are not allowed in the house, with the exception of guide dogs, which are welcome.<\/li>\n \t
      • It is mandatory to separate garbage. What is not well separated must be taken away.<\/li>\n \t
      • Do not move furniture or beds from bedrooms or living rooms.<\/li>\n \t
      • We leave some oil, salt, dish soap, toilet paper or kitchen towels in the house, but they are complimentary. All consumables must be brought in.<\/li>\n \t
      • The deposit of 200 \u20ac is payable on arrival, it will be returned the day after your departure once the house has been inspected. If something breaks, let us know!
